I have ordered from your company twice, but both orders remain in the status of "pending". I have also written per e-mail 3 times with no response. PLEASE REPLY!!!!!!
I would like to know what is going on with my order(s). They have remained in "pending" status for 2 weeks. Please explain what the problem is. I don't even have any confirmation of payment or even from where these orders were paid from.......
It appears that your site is not working properly.
